  • 6 dried mushrooms
  • 50-75 g (2-3 oz) pork fat

Method

Soak the mushrooms and cut into thin strips. Fry the pork fat cut into little pieces. Put all the ingredients into a casserole and cook in a moderate oven (180°C, 350°F, gas mark 4) for 1 hour.
