Green pea pudding

• 2 kg (2 lb) peas
• 60 g (2½

Boil the peas until very soft and mash into a purée. Melt the lard and lightly fry the chopped onions. Sprinkle with flour and stir well. Combine all the ingredients, mix well and serve hot.
