  • 10 egg yolks
  • 3-4 tablespoons castor sugar

Method

Mix the egg yolks and sugar and gradually add the flour and cream, mixing well until the dough acquires an elastic texture. Add the salt and beat the mixture thoroughly. Beat the egg whites and add; mix everything together. Pour into a heated pan and place in a pre-heated low oven (150°C, 300°F, gas mark 2) for 15-20 minutes.
