Mix the egg yolks well with the sugar. Crush the nuts in a mortar and add, mixing well into an elastic mass. Add the milk and stir. Crush the semolina in the mortar, then carefully add it and mix. Leave in a cool place for 15-20 minutes to allow the semolina to swell up, then fold in the beaten egg whites. Make up the kletski and cook as above. These are served with milk or fruit soups or kisse
