Ingredients

  • 3 apples
  • 60 g ( oz) flour
  • ½

Method

Bake the apples, then press them through a sieve. Add to the resulting purée the flour, salt, yeast, butter and sugar. Combine thoroughly into a thick mixture and fry as pancakes in butter in a heavy frying pan.
