Ingredients

  • 150-200 g (5-7 oz) shelled walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method

Crush the nuts and combine with the pepper, garlic and salt into a uniform mass. Add the remaining spices. Mix the vinegar with 200 ml (7 fl oz) boiling water. Combine and stir.
