  • 4 tablespoons lentils
  • 3-4 tablespoons rice
  • 2-3 onions

Method

Cover the lentils with cold water and bring to the boil; simmer until soft, then add all the remaining ingredients except the parsley and simmer another minute or two before serving, sprinkled with parsley.
