Method

Heat the butter and when bubbling sprinkle in the flour and the icing sugar. Stir briskly; remove from the heat and cool. Form differently shaped biscuits from the dough, and bake on a lined baking sheet in a very low oven (150°C, 300°F, gas mark 2) for 2-3 minutes.
