Method

Combine all the ingredients into a dough. Roll out to form into saucer shapes and pierce with a fork. Leave covered with a napkin for 15-20 minutes, then bake on a greased baking sheet in a pre-heated oven (200°C, 400°F, gas mark 6) for 20 minutes.
