Ingredients

  • 250 g (8 oz) herring fillets
  • 5 potatoes, boiled

Method

Soak the herring fillets in a mixture of half cold water and half milk, then dice into little cubes. Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes and the onion into rings. Mix the herrings, potatoes and onions together with the sour cream and sprinkle the spring onions over the top.
