Boil the carrots or bake them in the oven until softened. Hard-boil 1 egg. Shred the carrots and mix with the sugar, sour cream, the hard-boiled egg, finely chopped, and lemon peel. Let stand for a few minutes, while you beat the other egg. Add the beaten egg and the flour and mix. This will be used as filling.
To make the dough: mix the yeast into the sour cream and stir in the sugar.
