Mix the flour, salt and sugar. Warm half the milk and dissolve the yeast in it. Melt the butter, add the remaining milk and mix. Combine to make a dough, cover and leave for an hour. Wash the currants in hot water, cut up into small pieces and dip in flour; mix into the risen dough. Divide the dough into 24 equal pieces, roll them out into rounds, place on a greased baking sheet and let rise fo
