  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Method

Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and a little salt and whip up with the sour cream and cheese until smooth. Cut the bread into 2 cm (1 in) strips, sprinkle with a few caraway seeds and salt, and dry out for a few minutes in a very low oven.
