Beat the beef with a mallet, dice it into little pieces, dip in flour and fry in butter for 2-3 minutes; then transfer to a deep casserole dish and sprinkle finely chopped onions, radishes and hard-boiled eggs over the top. Mix the sour cream with the stock and breadcrumbs, pour this mixture over the top and bake in the oven (180°C, 350°F, gas mark 4). Sprinkle with dill before serving.
