Aerin, my daughter, loves garlic bread. Maia, her twin sister, doesn’t. So I always portion the garlic loaves so we have just enough for us.

These garlic loaves can be made beforehand and stored in the freezer till needed.

Ingredients

  • ½ quantity Basic Bread Dough
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • 200 g butter, at room temperature

Method

  1. Divide the bread dough into two equal portions. Roll each portion into a loaf shape and allow to rise for 20 minutes in a warm place.
