These croutons add the perfect crunch to any of the creamy soups in this book (my favorite is the Broccoli-Cheddar Soup or the Gruyère, Cauliflower & Potato Soup and are also great in salads.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp fennel

Method
