Method

Preheat the oven to 450°F [230°C] and grease a twelve-cup metal muffin pan.
To the carafe of a blender, add, in this order, the eggs, milk, salt, sugar, and flour and blend until completely combined and light and frothy. Add the butter, poppyseeds, and
