hush puppiesEasy
By Karen Morgan
Published 2014
Forget the dogs, the sticks, and the glass. But you will need a slotted spoon. Use any type of corn for this—fresh, frozen and thawed, or canned—but not creamed (most creamed corn isn’t gluten-free)! Hush puppies were bred to sop up everything from tartar to barbecue sauce, but they’re good with lots of condiments—even the spicy ones, like Sriracha. Just a bit of salt and pepper does nicely, too.
