These sweet and spicy cashews are so addicting that one time I had to lock them in a cabinet so my husband wouldn’t devour them all. The honey creates a glorious glaze punctuated with sweet, salty, and hot notes. They’re a fantastic snack with Thai beer or Lemongrass Ginger Ale and are also excellent in salads or sprinkled on top of Coconut Thai Basil Ice Cream.
