This is a staple dish in Thai cuisine and is simple and fast. Feel free to add any cooked meat or some cubed tofu to this dish for added protein. Adjust the amount of chili sauce to your liking. I like to balance this dish with a sweet dish such as Crispy Mango Coconut Chicken along with a Mango Shake. For best results, the rice should be chilled overnight in the refrigerator before cooking this dish.
