Shake it don’t break it! In Thailand, mango shakes are enjoyed all over but usually consist simply of puréed mango blended with ice. This is a creamier version made with a bit of honey water and healthy coconut milk. I love to drink this chilled shake while having a spicy curry dish, like Phuket Chicken with Lemongrass Curry to cool down my palate.
