My friend JJ is crazy for flavor, which makes sense because his personality is full of zest and zip! He loves the texture contrast between the crispy tofu and the tender green beans in this classic recipe so much I had to name it after him. Cubes of tofu are flash-fried and then tossed with green beans, garlic, ginger and onions in a delectably sweet, spicy and savory sauce.
