  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • ¼ cup

Method

  1. Pour vegetable stock into Instant Pot. Add sprig of rosemary and olive oil.
  2. Place steam rack inside Instant Pot.
  3. Clean potatoes and place on top of steam rack.
  4. Sprinkle potatoes with seasoned salt, ground pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Secure lid on Instant Pot and pressure cook on low for 10 minutes. Let steam release naturally.
