  • 6–8 cups chicken stock
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 5 carrots, sliced

Method

  1. Pour chicken stock into Instant Pot. Add chopped onion, carrots, celery, kale, and green beans.
  2. Secure lid and set Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for 3 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.
  3. Remove lid and add the prepared chicken tortellini.
  4. Place lid back on Instant Pot. Pressure cook on high for an additional 3 minutes. Quick-release
