  • Olive oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 lb.

Method

  1. Heat Instant Pot on Sauté mode. Add just enough olive oil to lightly coat bottom of the pot.
  2. Add onion and garlic. Sauté for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add stewing meat and brown.
  4. Add beef stock along with all other ingredients.
  5. Secure pressure cooker lid and pressure cook on high for 20 minutes.
  6. Allow pressure to release naturally.</
