Method
- Heat Instant Pot on Sauté mode. Add just enough olive oil to lightly coat bottom of the pot.
- Add onion and garlic. Sauté for about 3 minutes.
- Add stewing meat and brown.
- Add beef stock along with all other ingredients.
- Secure pressure cooker lid and pressure cook on high for 20 minutes.
- Allow pressure to release naturally.</
