Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4. Grease 2 large baking trays with butter.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate together over a low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until smooth. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside to cool.
