Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/gas 5. Grease a 12-hole muffin pan with butter.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together until just combined using a wooden spoon. Don’t overmix! Divide the mixture evenly between the prepared pan holes.
