  • 60 g/ oz/½ cup raisins

Method

  1. Place the raisins and rum in a small bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Set aside to cool completely.
  2. In a medium-size saucepan, heat the sugar and milk together over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and stir in the cream. Pour into a bowl and leave to cool completely. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
