These herb-and-spice-packed kofta make a lovely starter, or a light meal in themselves, packed into a pita and served with a chopped salad. They’re a winner with kids as well: you might just want to leave out the chilli. Play around with the herbs that you add: coriander, parsley and mint (in any combination) also work well. Just keep the total amount of herbs about the same.
