I love the Italian way of serving coffee granita with a big dollop of fresh cream after a summer meal. You could even add some ground cardamom or cinnamon to your coffee for a slightly different flavour, and adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.You will need an Italian-style ‘moka’ machine (three espressos capacity) or an espresso machine. I like to serve these in tall, tapered glasses.
