I grew up mushroom hunting with my relatives in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but when I met microbiologist Tradd Cotter in 2004, mushrooms became my life. This recipe came from my experimentation with morels many moons ago. You can prepare the eggs in this dish poached on top of the morel sauce or cooked sunny-side up or scrambled and then baked in tins with the sauce. Whatever way you choose, the recipe is delicious. Duck eggs are huge, so if you use chicken eggs instead, make two per person. I
