Mushroom hunting is a hobby I started when I moved to Northern California in 2006. After years of cooking and eating boletes, I made this soup for our Mendocino Coast Mushroom Club dinner, and everybody loved it. This rich soup is perfect to make with homemade chicken or turkey stock and leftover boiled meat.
