  • About

I saw a version of this recipe in the British newspaper the Guardian and knew I had to try it with my own mushroom duxelles. (I make a batch every so often and keep it in the refrigerator.) These rolls are very easy to make, and it’s very hard to eat just one. They are a great party food, late-night snack food, or lunch-while-standing-at-the-counter food. To make life easier, I use premade frozen puff pastry. (Pepperidge Farm is fine.) This recipe makes about a half-pint of duxelles.
