Ingredients

  • 10 green chilli peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 120 ml (4fl oz) fish sauce
  • 150 ml (5fl oz) lime or lemon juice

Method

Put the four ingredients in your blender or food processor and whizz well. It’s as easy as that!
