Ingredients

  • 450 g (1lb) cooked prawns, shelled
  • 1–2 tablespoons red curry paste

Method

Put the prawns, red curry paste, egg and fish sauce into a food processor and whizz until smooth.

With your hands shape the mixture into about 15-20 tiny cakes and roll in the cornflour.
