Celery Wine


  • 4 lb. celery stalks without leaves
  • 1 gallon water
  • 2 ¾ lb. sugar
  • german yeast
  • nutrient


Chop up the washed celery and boil in water until tender. Strain well, stir sugar into the liquor and when cool add the activated yeast and nutrient. This can be served as a medium sweet wine.
