  • 1 lb. rose petals
  • 8 oz. sugar
  • 8 oz.

Method

Put the well washed rose petals and the remaining ingredients into a preserving pan and cook over a gentle heat until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil and boil until setting point is reached. Pour into hot sterilized jars and cover tightly.
