Butter the inside of a large heavy saucepan. Add butter, water, honey, sugar and condensed milk. Stir over gentle heat until the sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil and then boil for exactly 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and beat well until the mixture begins to thicken. Pour into a lightly buttered tin and allow to cool. Cut into squares.
