  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • pinch salt

Method

You can work this by hand, but it is easier with an electric mixer. Stir the flour, sugar and yeast together in a bowl. Add the butter and water and work in the eggs one at a time. The dough should be soft, not runny. If you’re not using a mixer, work it with a wooden spoon rather than with your hands, as the heat from your hands will melt the butter. When the dough is smooth, mix in the parmes
