I like minneolas because they have hardly any pips and a wonderful bright orange colour. They are a typical seasonal winter fruit. This may sound like a strange dish, but just try it and see how delicious it is. I have always loved the breakfast flavours of good yoghurt and tangy orange marmalade, which inspired me to create this dessert.
