Spaghetti with Clams

Gone are the days when you could only buy one type of pasta and one quality: there are so many now! Only buy the best as cheap pasta is not very good and can be difficult to cook. Spaghetti served with clams and tomatoes (alle vongole) is one of Italy’s best known fish pasta dishes. Here I have included red peppers and a little chilli to give it more life.
