Salad of Crab, Pink Grapefruit and Avocado

This is a classic combination of ingredients brought together into a simple to prepare yet colourful salad fit for a summer’s day. As with any crab dish I always find it better to cook my own; frozen crab meat is all well and good but it really does not resemble real crab at all. Some of the ingredients do not have quantities listed; this is because it is impossible to tell how wet the brown meat in your crab will be and the seasonings and crumbs will obviously differ from crab to crab.
