Oysters with Cucumber and Caviar

Some consider it to be sacrilege to cook oysters, and I cannot disagree, but if you are going to cook them then why not go all the way? Caviar may be expensive but it really does compliment an oyster extremely well, as does cucumber. Traditionally oysters are eaten in multiples of six yet here I only use five per portion. With the caviar, cucumber and sauce you may even find that many too much to cope with.
