You will need a home smoker for this; if you do not have one, then they are easily made. All you need are two biscuit tins, or similar tins of the same size, one with a lid. Punch holes in the base of one, put some wood chips in the base of the other and sit the one with holes on top. Then all you need is a wire rack to fit inside, pop the lid on and there you have your own smoker.
