Ingredients

  • 1.7 litres/3 pts salted water
  • 225 g/8

Method

Season the water and bring it to the boil. Whisk in the polenta and continue to whisk until it starts to thicken. Whisk in the butter and parmesan until melted. Pour the mixture onto a greased tray and allow to set. Cut out as needed.
