Try making this tomato chutney to serve with your grilled or deep fried fish, or use it instead of tomato ketchup next time you bring home the fish & chips. Great to make when you have a glut of tomatoes or at the height of the season when they are cheap. If potted and sealed properly this chutney will keep a long time, but it does need to mature for about four weeks before using so try not to be too impatient.
