  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon buttermilk

Method

Put 1 cup heavy cream in a screw-top jar with 1 tablespoon buttermilk. Shake for 1 minute. Let stand at room temperature at least 24 hours, then refrigerate 24 hours before using.
