Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • ¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • teaspoon

Method

  1. Place the flour, nutmeg, and pepper in a mixing bowl and make a well in the center. Add egg yolks, salt, and pepper and stir with a fork. Gradually add the milk, stirring.
  2. Beat the whites until stiff and fold them into the batter mixture.
