  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons pulverized, instant espresso coffee
  • 8

Method

  1. Put the cream in a saucepan and add the coffee. Bring to a slow boil.
  2. Add the chocolate and stir gently until chocolate is melted and smooth. If there are any lumps, put the sauce through a fine strainer. Let the glaze cool briefly until it is spreadable.
