These rolls are deep-fried, however, if you do not have a deep-fat fryer, it is possible to use a heavy-based pan. The results will be just as good, but extreme care should be taken with the hot oil.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 250 g (8 oz) minced pork
